Ted Rath

Director Of Sports Performance, New Orleans Saints

Ted Rath has a proven track record of success and innovation within the world of elite performance. Ted has spent over 16 years working in various performance roles throughout the NFL. Ted currently serves as the Director of Sports Performance for the New Orleans Saints. He was previously the Vice President of Player Performance for the Philadelphia Eagles. Rath also spent three seasons with the Los Angeles Rams directing their performance department. Following the 2022 season and a Super Bowl appearance for the Eagles, Rath was awarded NFL Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year for the second time in his career. The Eagles achieved the most wins in franchise history and had all 22 starters available in Super Bowl LVII.
